Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Returns and Refunds:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we do not currently offer refunds for products that corresponds to their description. We can only exchange / offer store credits

  1. Eligibility:

To be eligible for an exchange , the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. If the lace has been cut it’s not eligible for an exchange .
Hair extensions must not have been worn, dyed, or altered in any way.

  1. Refund Process:

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at +44782370351 or info@reowigs.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the product.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange.

  1. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

  1. Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for an exchange, including: custom wig orders. If you request for us to cut the lace, dye the unit, cut out fringe from closure or tint/bleach lace for you before sending to you it’s not eligible for an exchange and would be returned to you .

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

  1. Policy Updates:

We reserve the right to update or modify our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
