Refund and Returns Policy

    1. Returns and Refunds

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we do not currently offer refunds for products that match their description. We only offer exchanges or store credit, subject to eligibility.

    2. Eligibility

    To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

    If the lace has been cut, the unit is no longer eligible for exchange.

    Hair extensions must not have been worn, dyed, cut, washed, or altered in any way.

    3. Exchange Process

    To request an exchange, please contact us at +44 7823 703 512 or info@reowigs.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

    Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

    After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome and process your exchange or issue store credit if applicable.

    4. Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    5. Non-Exchangeable Items

    Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including all custom wig orders.

    If you request custom alterations such as lace cutting, lace tinting or bleaching, fringe cutting, or unit colouring before dispatch, the item becomes final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.

    Any such items returned will be sent back to you.

    6. Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photo or video evidence.

    We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by ReoWigs.

    7. Cancellations

    Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not started. Some of our units are made after an order has been received due to the style. 

    After this window, all sales are final unless the product is faulty or a mistake has been made on our end.

    8. Policy Updates

    We reserve the right to update or modify our returns and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
