    To be eligible for an exchange:

    • The wig must be unused
    • Lace must be uncut
    • Item must be in original condition and packaging
    • No styling, alterations, or product use

    Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

    ๐Ÿšซ NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

    The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

    • Custom-made wigs
    • Wigs that have been worn, styled, or altered
    • Lace that has been cut or customised
    • Coloured or customised units
    • Sale items

    Once any modification has been made, the item becomes final sale.

    Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, camera quality, and screen display.

    This does not qualify for a refund or exchange.

    ๐Ÿ“ WIG SIZING

    It is the customerโ€™s responsibility to select the correct wig size.

    If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering to guide you on how to measure.

    We are not responsible for incorrect sizing selected at checkout.

    If a wig needs to be resized due to incorrect sizing, this will be treated as a paid alteration service.

    Additional charges will apply for resizing or remaking the unit.
    Return shipping costs will also be the responsibility of the customer.

    To request an exchange:

    1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    2. Provide your order number and reason
    3. Wait for approval before returning the item

    Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

    After inspection, we will:

    • Approve exchange, or
    • Issue store credit (if applicable)

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
    • We recommend using a tracked service
    • We are not responsible for lost return parcels
    • Refused international parcels are treated as returns. All return shipping, customs reprocessing, and handling fees will be deducted from any refund where applicable.

    โ— FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

    If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    • Provide clear photo/video evidence

    If approved, we will resolve the issue accordingly.

    Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

    After this window, the order becomes final and non-refundable.

    All costs incurred on shipping ย are non-refundable.

    All payment processing fees (e.g. Stripe, Klarna, PayPal) are non-refundable.
