Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days, depending on the wig purchased as some wigs are not ready to ship.

Processing times may vary slightly during busy periods, promotional sales, but any delays will be clearly communicated.

If you have a deadline or event, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether we can meet your timeline.

2. Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following shipping options:

• Standard UK Shipping: Delivered within 3 working days after processing time. 

• International Shipping: Delivered within 5–15 working days, depending on destination and customs

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and shipping location.

Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount — this will be shown at checkout if applicable.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS.

You can track your shipment using the link provided in your confirmation message.

5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For international customers, please note that your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. ReoWigs is not responsible for customs delays or additional import costs.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately.

While Reowigs will assist in resolving the issue with the courier, we are not liable for shipping losses caused by courier error or delays.

We will support you in submitting a claim and provide all necessary documentation.
